Who we are
Neve.Surf is a boutique snow and surf travel agency, registered with Cadastur (Brazilian Ministry of Tourism). For anything privacy-related, write to trip@neve.surf.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms: for contact, your name, e-mail, interest, number of people, when you plan to travel and your message; for the newsletter, your e-mail. We also record the date of submission and your consent. The site never asks for or stores payment details.
What we use it for
To answer your request and design your trip proposal, and, if you join the newsletter, to send conditions alerts and open spots. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
The forms use no third-party services: what you send is stored on our own hosting server, in an area with no internet access, and reaches our trip@neve.surf mailbox by e-mail. Once you book a trip, we share what is needed with the partners who deliver it (lodging, guides and insurance).
Third-party services
The site's images are served by Unsplash, and loading them communicates your IP address to that service. WhatsApp and Instagram conversations follow Meta's privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to trip@neve.surf. We reply within 30 days.
